Shipping

All UK orders are shipped free of charge and will be shipped from the Inspired Health website

Same Day Dispatch

For orders received before 2pm Mon-Fri we will do our utmost to ensure that all orders are dispatched that day. Delivery is typically next working day, however it can take longer dependent on factors outside of our control.

Can I Track My Order

We send some orders via Royal Mail and some via DPD. If there is a tracking option available, we’ll either send you an email or text message with it on.

Can I Amend or Cancel My Order

Returns Policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, get in touch on 0113 388 5230 or email us on hello@inspiredhealth.co.uk. All returns must be discussed with us prior to return.

Do I Need An Account To Buy From Inspired Health

You do not need an account to purchase anything from us, however it’s free to set one up and makes the check-out process faster. When you sign up you are able to:

  • Check out faster when making a purchase
  • Check the status of your current orders
  • View past orders
  • Make changes to your account information
  • Change your password
  • Save multiple shipping addresses

If you check out as a guest, all order confirmations and updates will be sent via email, but you will not be able to keep track of this information through the site.
