Berry Smoothie Bowl with Seasonal Fruits
A smoothie bowl is a great way to spruce up your average smoothie. Fruit, nuts and seeds as toppings add texture, flavour and colour to your breakfast. They're also a good solution for when you're short on time (compared to a cooked breakfast), and they can easily be taken to work in Tupperware and eaten at your desk.
TIP: You can add a scoop of protein powder to your smoothie to up your protein intake.
a handful of frozen berries
2/3 cup milk or alternative
3 ice cubes
1tsp Mānuka honey MGO100
1tsp black and white sesame seeds
1tsp goji berries
1 sliced and peeled kiwi fruit
